Each business unit at Ferrara has its own dedicated DEI Council, designed to keep us on track, make sure our efforts hit the mark, and seamlessly weave inclusion into everything we do. Our councils lead by example, promoting inclusive behaviors, driving intercultural development, and fostering self-awareness to ensure every team member feels engaged, valued, and empowered.
