Responsible Advertising to Consumers

Ferrara firmly believes that candy companies should target their advertising only to audiences who understand the difference between treats and nutritional food. For this reason, we do not market or advertise to children under age 13. We adhere to the guidelines set by the Children’s Food and Beverage Advertising Initiative (CFBAI) of the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and voluntarily participate in CFBAI's oversight and annual auditing, as well as submit an annual report analyzing the details of our compliance.

Transparent Communication

Our advertising is designed to communicate information clearly and accurately. All claims about our products are substantiated by factual data and provide transparent information so that consumers can make informed choices. In the U.S., we voluntarily place nutrition facts on the front of our packaging for consumer convenience.
