Internationally Recognized Food Safety Quality Certifications

Our thorough internal audit program routinely verifies compliance, identifies issues, and drives continuous improvement. All facilities undergo annual surveillance audits and are certified under the Global Food Safety Initiative (GSFI) benchmark standard such as FSSC2200, a universally recognized food safety standards certification schema. Across all Ferrara manufacturing facilities, we complete about 33,000 quality checks per week.
