Bring Your Kids to Work Day
Bring Your Kids to Work Day is an annual event at Ferrara, initiated by EMERGE, our multi-generational Business Resource Group, and Ferrara Women Who Lead, our women’s Business Resource Group. It is a sweet opportunity to showcase the world of Ferrara to future food scientists, marketers, salespeople, and innovators. The event not only fosters a deeper connection between employees and their families, but also reinforces our commitment to creating a work environment that values the importance of work-life balance.
